• Payments are due as stated in your chosen plan and are generally non-refundable.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal date.

All content, trademarks, software, and designs provided through the Services remain the exclusive property of SaasifyX or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaasifyX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the past 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaasifyX, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of Services means you accept the revised Terms.
